It survived the upgrade from W7 to W10 somehow. I hope this helps someone else. It happened to me so often in the past that I now have a shortcut in my start menu to the Wacom Tablet Preference File Utility, as well as 2 backups of my wacom settings that are easily accessed. I'm getting extremely frustrated with the whole situation and I'm not tech savvy, I just wish someone could help me to get my tablets to work. Just for future readers' info, I have an Intuos 3 on an iMac. Wipe clean your wacom drivers that may include manual cleaning up all files left after uninstalling then from control panel and install driver 63. Check in and update regularly so that your device has the latest features and functionality.
I have the latest driver installed and on Mavericks they works correctly. I'm already awaiting response from them. Wacom only offered rolling drivers back which no longer worked. Touch still works not all devices had touch. A funny thing happened however. I've checked the setting for the pen and that all the shape dynamics options are on.
What you are describing is a common problem that has plague Wacom drivers since I can remember. You could ask, if someone on this forum could modify the installer for you, or just wait for Wacom to release an updated driver. Waited for the Device app to completely recognize the device as an Intuos 490 Pen and Tablet Device. It seems the pressure is only gone in Photoshop, I've made sure the 'pressure for size' and shape dynamics are on. R ight click on the application it and select Properties.

Problem is, I'm not a member of the developer programs, so I can't sign the modified installer, which prevents it from running. I then tried to install drivers online through the official site yet I still couldn't find the drivers in device manager. Click the Compatibility tab and then tick the box labelled Run this program in compatibility mode for. When I updated to Sierra due to instability in my Mac the old wacom pretty much stopped working. Is there any other alternative to fix the issue? Once I uninstalled it, Wacom Pro worked just fine. I would update Windows first - there shouldn't be a message anymore for 'Wacom Driver Downloader - waiting to install'.
Developers and early adopters aren't supported, we need to wait. Or this driver is not suitable for my hardware? The following screen shots are shown on Windows 10, but they work on Windows 7 as well. They simply dont care, enough. I recently stepped into the foray of testing out Windows 10 on my Dell Lattitude 10 tablet. I've tried all the recommended solutions and none have worked reliably.
